Domestic shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India
For orders below ₹2,000, freight is calculated at the time of check-out based on the weight, dimesion and the destination of the goods.
International Shipping
We ship to more than 60 countries globally. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of check-out based on the weight, dimension and the destination of the goods. Shipping time taken
Domestic orders
Ready to ship products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days upon placing the order. Personalised / custom made products are shipped based on each product’s processing time. Please refer the respective product’s page for details regarding shipping time.
A confirmation email along with SMS with the tracking details is sent upon dispatching the order, the same could be used to track the order.
International orders
International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days upon dispatch. All the orders are dispatched from India.
Duty Charges
Customers ordering from outside India; might be required to pay customs/import duty as per their country’s local laws and regulations. Since, these charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery port, we have no control over these charges. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order in case you have any questions.
Returns and Exchanges
All the products available on our website are made with utmost precision and care. Our designers and artisans put in a lot of hard work and effort into making each and every item.
For products damaged in transit or incorrect/damaged products received
Even though all the products are quality tested before dispatching, in an unlikely scenario where the customer receives a damaged/defective product or a product which does not comply with the original order specification; the customer should contact our customer care at [email protected] or +91 9108595505 within 48 hours upon receiving the product with the order number along with the image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours for a resolution.
We reserve the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless.
